Overview

When you subscribe to the Lumora Feline Therapy Balls you'll receive fresh balls delivered automatically every month at 15% off the standard price. No effort required — just set it up once and your cat stays enriched.

Billing

Your subscription will be billed monthly to the payment method provided at checkout. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each renewal so you always know when your next order is coming.

Discount

Subscribers receive 15% off every order for as long as their subscription is active. This discount is applied automatically at each renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no fees or penalties. To cancel simply log into your account and manage your subscription from the customer portal, or contact us at info@trylumora.shop and we'll take care of it for you. Cancellations must be made before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.

Pausing

You can pause your subscription at any time through your customer portal. Your subscription will remain paused until you choose to reactivate it.

Skipping a shipment

If you don't need your next order you can skip a shipment through your customer portal. Skips must be made before your renewal date to take effect.

Failed payments

If your payment fails we will automatically retry your card every 2 days for a total of 4 attempts. If all 4 attempts are unsuccessful your subscription will be cancelled. We'll notify you by email if there's a payment issue so you can update your payment details before your subscription is cancelled.

Changes to your subscription

You can update your payment method, shipping address, or subscription preferences at any time through your customer portal.

Shipping

All subscription orders ship from our US fulfilment centre with standard 2-5 day delivery. Free shipping is included on all subscription orders.
